1.Description:
Shaker is a gravity concentration equipment used for sorting of fine materials, and now is widely used in sorting tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, titanium-iron and coal.
2.Structure features:
It is mainly composed by the bed shaking, motor, slope controller, bed, mine shafts, sink, and tlubrication system eight parts. The bed is supported or lift by the rack which is equipped with slope adjuster.Shaking table makes its mineral particles of different density and size move along different directions and from mine shafts the material begins to fan out along the diagonal ,discharging along the edge of the bed in turn. A long line of discharge, can accurately produce a variety of different quality of the product, such as ore, sub-concentrate, the concentrate and tailings, etc..
3.Working principle:
The vertical reciprocating motion of bed is achieved by crank connecting rod drive mechanism . Motor through the belt drive makes big pulley drive the crankshaft rotation stick for upper and lower motor along it. Downward movement of the joystick, toggle plate pushes the rear axle and reciprocating rod backward. The spring is compressed, and the bed is through the linkage seat connected to reciprocating rod ,so this time which also makes the bed backward. when the joystick moves up, by the spring force to promote, the bed do forward movement with along .
