1.Introduction of ultra fine mill:
The ultra fine grinding machine of our company has reached the leading level of domestic industry. the ultra fine mill is mainly applied to high fine powder processing of barite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, refractory materials, quartz, glass, ceramics and other minerals whose hardness is not greater than 9.3, the humidity below 6% .
2.Structure features:
Ultra fine mill is mainly composed of a host, analyzer, blower, finished powder cyclone, cyclone separator and duct, wherein, the host is composed of a machine frame, air inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, a cover casing. Ultra fine grinding machine can replace the Raymond mill, smoothly produce ultrafine powders, fineness of which can be adjusted freely between 80 mesh and 1500 mesh.
3.Working principle:
The host through the speed reducer drives the central shaft to rotate, the upper end of the shaft is connected with the plum blossom frame, the bracket is provided with a roller device and form the swinging fulcrum. The roller device not only rotates around the center axis, but also revolves round the ring, and due to friction ,theroller itself autorotates. Plum blossom frame is equipped with blade system which is located in the lower end of grinding roller. In the process of rotation of blade and grinding roller, the materials are thrown up and fall into the leakge between roller and ring, forming a pad layer,and the layer will be crushed by outward centrifugal force (i.e., extrusion pressure ) produced by grinding roller rotation, thus to achieve the purpose of milling.
